WHAT IS CYRIF
The Centaurs Youth Rugby Impact Fund (CYRIF) is our flagship CSR initiative. It provides financial assistance to eligible children in Singapore, ensuring they have the opportunity to engage in structured sports and reap the many benefits sports bring.

• Covers coaching, attire, and tournament fees
• Partners with Neighbourhood Schools
• Open to boys and girls aged 9-16
• Focuses on both sporting and academic development
Supports pathways to Direct School Admission (DSA), Early Admissions Exercise (EAE), and national teams.

AZFAR & AZHAR
TWO BROTHERS. ONE BIG START.
THE SPARK
Azfar and Azhar were discovered at the 2024 National Schools Games and invited to trial through CYRIF.
THE FIRE
They joined the club, and have since been training and developing their skills under pro-coaches, continuously gaining immense experience at top regional leagues and tournaments.
THE HEAT
Their journey continues as they build on their experience to pursue excellence at both school and club level.
Creating structured, caring sports environments where children with different learning and attention styles feel safe, supported, and successful through movement, routine, and positive coaching.
We demonstrate this through:
- Championing inclusive coaching practices for players of all abilities
- Promoting gender equity and equal access to play
- Running environmentally responsible field operations
- Encouraging recycling and minimising plastic use at all events
